- Guarantee
- 12 months from shipment, covering internal work and operation. Excludes cosmetic damage, wear & tear, and user negligence. Once a watch is personalised, only the NHorology Lab guarantee applies — the OEM manufacturer warranty no longer does.
- Deposit
- A standard $645 deposit reserves your build slot and is applied toward the final balance — not an additional charge. The closing balance is the total build cost less the deposit, confirmed on your itemised quote.

- Shipping
- Completed watches ship via UPS with full third-party insurance through IFS. Rates and couriers may vary. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the client's responsibility; Canadian clients are charged applicable taxes at checkout.
