Include a budget with your idea so Namir can discuss what is feasible; you’ll receive an itemised quote to approve before your build begins.
Discuss the case, dial, hands, colours, strap and finishing you have in mind. Namir will confirm compatibility, feasibility and parts availability before proceeding. Some vintage parts are scarce, and some bespoke designs remain exclusive to their original client.
No payment is required to enquire. Namir will discuss your idea and confirm the specification with you. Once the design is finalised, you approve an itemised quote; a deposit books your slot and the balance is due on completion.
Typical turnaround is quoted at around four weeks from deposit to shipment; assembly itself takes about a week once parts arrive. Any unforeseen delays are communicated along the way.
In a presentation box with a ribbon, inside an outer shipping box, with a suede travel pouch. Strap tools for sizing and strap changes, spare spring bars, and a UV light for demonstrating the lume are all included. Fully insured and express shipped — typically next-day in North America and 3–5 days to Europe and Asia. Import charges and tariffs are the client’s responsibility. As of May 2026 we ship via UPS.
A 12-month warranty from the date of shipment covers internal work and operation. It excludes cosmetic damage, wear & tear, and user negligence. Once a watch is personalised, the original OEM manufacturer guarantee is no longer valid — only the NHorology Lab guarantee applies.
