THE DETAILS

Before you enquire

How much does a meteorite watch cost?

Meteorite is a premium custom option, quoted individually. The available dial, case, components and finishing affect the price. Share your budget and Namir will confirm feasibility and an itemised quote before you commit. No payment is required to enquire.

What can I customise, and can you adapt an existing design?

Discuss the case, dial, hands, colours, strap and finishing you have in mind. Namir will confirm compatibility, feasibility and parts availability before proceeding. Some vintage parts are scarce, and some bespoke designs remain exclusive to their original client.

Does submitting an inquiry commit me to a purchase?

No payment is required to enquire. Namir will discuss your idea and confirm the specification with you. Once the design is finalised, you approve an itemised quote; a deposit books your slot and the balance is due on completion.

How long does a commission take?

Namir will confirm timing after discussing the specification and parts availability. Any estimate is subject to parts lead times and unforeseen delays, which are communicated along the way.

How are the watches shipped?

In a presentation box with a ribbon, inside an outer shipping box, with a suede travel pouch. Strap tools for sizing and strap changes, spare spring bars, and a UV light for demonstrating the lume are all included. Fully insured and express shipped — typically next-day in North America and 3–5 days to Europe and Asia. Import charges and tariffs are the client’s responsibility. We ship via UPS. Shipping rates and couriers may vary from time to time.

Is there a warranty?

A 12-month warranty from the date of shipment covers internal work and operation. It excludes cosmetic damage, wear & tear, and user negligence. Once a watch is personalised, the original OEM manufacturer guarantee is no longer valid — only the NHorology Lab guarantee applies.

Do I need to know the technical specifications?

No. Start with a style, colours, a favourite reference or a rough idea. You can describe it in the form without choosing every component. Reference photos can follow by email, and Namir will help work through the details.

Do I need to provide anything?

No — we source everything. If you prefer, you can send your own donor watch or parts and we’ll assemble around them.
